Reef Gateway Hotel is seeking a proactive Duty Manager in Airlie Beach to lead shifts and support the Venue Manager. The role focuses on developing the team, delivering great guest experiences and maintaining smooth operations across busy service periods.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, leadership potential, robust communication, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. RSA & RSG, RMLV, and CLO are preferred or obtainable.
