Bene Aged Care in Adelaide is looking for an experienced Industrial Relations Advisor to join the People & Culture team on a part-time basis. You will provide trusted industrial relations guidance to managers and leaders, helping navigate workplace relations with confidence and integrity.

You will interpret employment legislation, Up-to-date Awards and Enterprise Agreements, support dispute resolution, bargaining and organisational change, and develop practical policies.
