Paperbark seeks a founding engineer to build System 1 models that respond in milliseconds. You will join two founders in Sydney and own critical paths from data ingestion to live production with enterprise-grade reliability.

You'll work with TypeScript and Python, optimize latency, scale data pipelines, and collaborate directly with enterprise customers like Unilever as part of early-stage growth. This role is remote-friendly and full time.
