The Iron Horse Inn in Cardiff, NSW, is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep the pub buzzing and loved by locals. The base salary is $80,000 plus super, bonus scheme and group-wide discounts, with growth opportunities opportunities within ALH Hotels. This hands-on role involves leading a team and delivering great hospitality.

Applicants should have RSA, RCG and ARCGas as per state requirements, and be capable of lifting and handling stock safely while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment.
