The Aboriginal Professional Practice Adviser at the Department of Justice and Community Safety supports and develops case-management staff to strengthen culturally appropriate practice and build cultural capability across Community Correctional Services.

Based in Horsham or Ballarat with potential travel across the Grampians region, you will provide guidance, education, and quality audits to improve outcomes for Aboriginal clients and promote culturally protected workplaces.
