Linde Material Handling Australia is seeking a Service Allocation & Administration Coordinator to provide high level customer service and efficiently allocate jobs to our field service technicians while supporting the Service Department with day-to-day administrative tasks.

You will open and close jobs, liaise with technicians, prepare estimates, and help ensure invoices are processed promptly in a rapid-paced service environment. A proactive, detail‑oriented team player is essential.
