About the Role:

- We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Operations Attendants to join our Operations team. As an Operations Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various areas of the Club, including Gaming, Reception, Food & Beverage, Promotions, General Duties and Functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about hospitality and customer service.
- You will be responsible for providing friendly, professional service to members, guests and visitors while ensuring compliance with Club policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

In this role you will:

- • Deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests and visitors.
- • Assist across multiple operational areas including Gaming, Reception, Bars, Catering, Promotions and Functions.
- • Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems.
- • Support Club promotions, raffles, entertainment and events.
- • Maintain presentation, cleanliness and service standards throughout the Club.
- • Assist with food and beverage service, including table service and bar operations.
- • Respond to customer enquiries and escalate issues where required.
- • Support responsible service practices and compliance requirements.
- • Assist with gaming machine service requests and customer enquiries.




- • Promote a safe workplace and contribute to a positive team culture.
- • Follow Club procedures, policies and legislative requirements at all times

About You:

- • Previous experience in hospitality, clubs, gaming, customer service or food and beverage operations. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- • Professional presentation and grooming standards.
- • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- • Willingness to work across a variety of Club operational areas.
- • Availability to work across seven days, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- • Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards. Advanced RCG (advantage)
- • Current Driver Licence

Successful candidates will be required to complete a National Criminal History Record (Police) Check and an AML Check ( Ettalong Diggers will pay for this).
