Physiotherapist – Mixed Caseload (Contracting Roles) Location: Campbelltown / South West Sydney, NSW Employment Type: Contract / Subcontracting

Experience: New Graduates and Experienced Physiotherapists Welcome Join a Growing Allied Health Team We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join a supportive multidisciplinary allied health team.

This is an excellent prospect for a clinician who enjoys working with a mixed caseload and wants exposure to a variety of clients, presentations and clinical environments. You will have the opportunity to work with children, adolescents and adults , including people living with disability, participants funded through the NDIS, and clients requiring rehabilitation, mobility and functional support.

- Musculoskeletal presentations Pain management
- Mobility and functional rehabilitation
- Injury rehabilitation Strength and conditioning Balance and falls prevention
- Exercise prescription Mobility aid assessment and education Functional rehabilitation
- Disability and complex support needs Aged care and community-based clients

You will develop personalised treatment programs designed to improve movement, function,



independence and quality of life .

Where You'll Work

Depending on client requirements, services may be delivered across:

- Allied health clinics
- Clients' homes
- Community environments

This provides variety in your working week and allows you to develop your clinical skills across different environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
- Develop client-centred treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions
- Prescribe and progress individualised exercise programs
- Address mobility, strength, balance and functional limitations
- Provide education to clients, families and carers
- Monitor and document client progress
- Prepare clinical reports and relevant NDIS documentation
- Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists and other professionals
- Liaise with families, support coordinators, support workers and other stakeholders
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary planning
- Maintain high clinical, ethical and professional standards

About You

We are looking for a Physiotherapist who is:

- AHPRA registered or eligible for registration
- Passionate about person-centred care
- Comfortable working with a varied caseload
