We're looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on person to help with daily order fulfilment at our warehouse in Rosebery. This is a casual role, ideal for someone looking for a few hours of work each weekday, with flexible morning hours. Approximately 2 hours per day, with the chance to increase to 3–4 hours during busy periods. Flexible start times, provided all daily tasks are completed before 1:00 pm.

Key responsibilities

- Picking and packing daily customer orders
- Printing shipping labels and preparing parcels for dispatch
- Processing orders through Shopify
- Receiving and unpacking incoming stock deliveries
- Lifting and moving stock cartons when required
- Breaking down cardboard cartons and disposing of packaging
- Keeping the warehouse and packing area clean, tidy and organised

About you

- Reliable, punctual and well organised




- Occasionally filming short social media clips for Instagram and TikTok, such as packing orders, showcasing products and behind-the-scenes warehouse content.
- Able to work independently and manage daily tasks without supervision once trained
- Takes initiative and can identify what needs to be doneli>
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting stock boxes and cartons
- Previous Shopify experience highly preferred
- Previous warehouse or e-commerce fulfilment experience is an advantage
- Consistent weekday work
- Short daily shifts with the opportunity for additional hours during busy periods
