SMEC is seeking a Senior Designer – Roads & Highways to join our Townsville or Cairns team, delivering transport infrastructure across Queensland. You’ll lead design outputs, mentor juniors, and collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, constructible solutions.
You bring 6–10 years of roads/highways design experience, solid 12d skills, AutoCAD, and knowledge of Austroads/standards; you’ll manage complex design packages, coordinate drawings, and support QA
