Mercor is seeking a contract Process Improvement / SOPs Evaluator to join our remote team. You will assess AI-generated artifacts, apply domain-specific rubrics, and provide clear feedback to improve accuracy and presentation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in process improvement or SOPs, native or qualified English, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides. This role is remote with flexible deadlines and independent work patterns.
