Zenergy seeks a Safety and Culture Advisor to join our client’s busy team on a 3-month contract. This role strengthens safety culture, builds practical capability, and drives continuous improvement across field-based crews.

You will champion proactive safety, conduct risk assessments, lead toolbox talks, and support incident investigations while ensuring alignment with WHS law and company safety framework; travel between sites as required.
