Trapeze Group ANZ is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the ONG project from delivery into live operation within NSW’s Opal-enabled bus network.

You will own the service management framework, apply ITIL practices, and partner with TfNSW to ensure SLAs, KPIs, and continual service improvement across project and BAU. Expect rigorous governance reporting and in office delivery in Sydney.
