About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration & Accounts Officer to join our team.

This is a diverse role combining accounts administration, dealership support and customer service. You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the dealership while providing a professional experience for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts payable processing and creditor reconciliations
- Debtor account management and follow-up of outstanding accounts
- Banking, receipting and daily bank reconciliations
- Vehicle deal processing and sales administration
- Processing vehicle payouts and manufacturer documentation
- Switchboard operation and customer reception




- General administration, filing and correspondence
- Mail processing and office support activities
- Assisting with cashflow reporting and account reconciliations
- Supporting dealership departments as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous accounts and/or administration experience
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A professional phone manner and customer service approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable or dealership administration will be highly regarded
