Talent Quarter is partnering with a leading aged care provider to recruit an experienced Senior Clinical Care Manager for a modern, purpose-built residential aged care facility on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of a large, 200+-bed aged care home, working alongside another established Senior Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations, support staff development and drive quality resident outcomes.

About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide clinical leadership across the facility, ensuring high standards of resident care, clinical governance and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead,



mentor and support nursing and care teams including Care managers
- Oversee clinical governance, audits and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives
- Manage clinical incidents, risks and care standards
- Support admissions and ongoing facility growth
- Oversee care planning and complex clinical matters
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Build a positive, high-performing clinical team

About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- 4+ years experiencein a Clinical Manager, Care Manager or similar leadership role within aged care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and clinical governance
- Proven experience leading and developing clinical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
