Pacific Marine Group Pty Ltd (PMG) in Townsville is seeking a Ship's Officer to lead protected vessel operations, supervise deck crew, and ensure compliance with AMSA and company standards within a dynamic marine construction and logistics setting. The role requires five years of maritime experience, proven command of commercial vessels, and possession of Watchkeeper Deck and CoST certifications, plus AMSA Medical.

A Bachelor's degree is desirable.
