What We're Looking For

- A proven retail sales performer who genuinely LOVES to sell!
- Experience as a Senior Sales Consultant, 3IC, 2IC or emerging retail leader.
- An engaging personality with infectious energy and enthusiasm.
- Someone who thrives under pressure and loves a fast-paced environment.
- Robust commercial awareness and a track record of achieving targets.
- A natural ability to motivate, influence and coach others.
- A hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
- A competitive spirit, positive attitude and genuine hunger to succeed.

Experience in sports, footwear, fashion, fitness, electronics or other high-energy, sales-driven retail environments would be highly regarded.
