About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Concession Supervisor to lead a womenswear concession within a major department store at Indooroopilly.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, building customer relationships and leading a team to achieve sales results. You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the concession, driving sales performance, maintaining presentation standards and developing your team.
Working closely with department store management and the wider retail leadership team, you will play an important role in delivering a consistent brand experience while ensuring the concession operates efficiently and commercially.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in a Retail Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Concession Supervisor position.
- Proven ability to lead,



coach and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Experience with rostering, wage management and day-to-day store operations.
- Sound understanding of stock management, replenishment and loss prevention.
- An eye for visual merchandising and maintaining high presentation standards.
- Robust communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build relationships with department store stakeholders.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.
