Natural Resources Wales (NRW) seeks a Senior Forestry Programme Engineer to lead a rolling five-year civil engineering programme for the Welsh Government Woodland Estate. You will shape project delivery, develop engineering solutions, secure consents, and prepare tender-ready packages, working with Forest Operations, Land Management and external authorities.You will mentor teammates, promote safe-by-design, and ensure projects meet environmental standards while supporting Timber production
