We combine hospitality, accommodation and events with our own group technology, including Zinga payments and POS platforms, Alby and Goldroom.Role overview We are seeking skilled Cooks to prepare and cook dishes to a consistent standard across our venues during busy lunch and dinner services. Key responsibilities* Prepare and cook menu items to recipe, portion and presentation standards* Set up and run a section during service* Follow food safety,



storage and sanitation procedures at all times* Monitor stock of ingredients and report shortages to the Head Chef* Keep the work area clean and organised* Support training of recent kitchen staff Requirements* At least 1 year of experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen* Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and food safety* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen* Availability for weekdays, weekends, evenings and public holidays What we offer* Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates* Staff meal on shift and discounts across our venues* Career progression to Chef and senior kitchen roles Pay$81,000 to $85,000 per year plus superannuation, depending on experience.How to apply Apply through Workforce Australia with your resume and a short cover letter.
