IHM is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead strategic marketing initiatives that support student acquisition, institutional growth, and brand positioning across domestic and international markets. The role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement within the Australian higher education sector.Key responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing strategies to promote IHM programs across domestic and international marketsConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience insightsPlan and execute multi-channel campaigns including digital, social media, SEO/SEM, email, and event marketing initiativesAnalyse campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisationManage and enhance IHM's digital presence, including website content, search visibility, and engagement metricsEstablish and maintain strategic partnerships with education agents, universities, and industry stakeholdersEnsure marketing activities comply with CRICOS, TEQSA, ESOS Act, and National Code Requirements Coordinate and deliver marketing events such as open days, expos, and recruitment campaignsPrepare detailed reports on marketing return on investment, lead generation, and conversion performance Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications,
