Purpose of RoleThe FP&A; Manager will lead the monthly FP&A; cadence, deliver high-quality analysis and insight, and partner with senior leaders to support effective decision-making. The role will also help manage ANZ Chubb’s cost base through forecasting, planning, and insightful analysis, driving cost discipline and better resource and productivity decisions across the business.What you will doOwn the monthly FP&A; deliverables cycle, ensuring timely, accurate, high-quality outputsProvide commercial insight through variance, trend, and performance analysis to support executive decisionsStrengthen cost management processes and reporting, partnering with senior stakeholders to improve accountability and financial outcomesLead strategic planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support proactive risk and opportunity managementSupport business cases and track productivity program costs and benefitsDrive process improvement through BI, automation, and better data-driven decision-makingBuild robust relationships across Finance and the business to influence outcomesCoach and develop junior team members and support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiativesAbout youDegree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineCPA / CA or equivalent professional accounting qualification5-7 years' experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, cost management,



or management accounting, with insurance industry experience essentialStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProven experience in forecasting, planning, variance analysis, and cost managementAbility to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong systems and data capability, including advanced Excel and financial modelling; TM1, PeopleSoft GL, Alteryx, and Power BI preferredWhy Chubb?Chubb is a world leader in insurance.
