Crossing Hurdles is seeking a seasoned Rates trader to evaluate AI-generated trading strategies for fixed income products in a Canada-based role. You will provide feedback based on market dynamics and skilled experience, focusing on rates swaps, swaptions, futures, Eurodollar/SOFR, and repo contexts.You will deliver structured, actionable commentary, identify mispricings between AI outputs and desk practices, and suggest improvements to improve AI-driven decision logic through written and#J-18808-Ljbffr
