Salary: $180,000 – $260,000

CPB Contractors is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major data centre project in Melbourne, supporting hyperscale and enterprise clients driving the next wave of digital and AI-enabled growth.This is not a maintenance role. sequencing and interface management across multiple work packagesOversee subcontractors and trade partners to ensure performance and alignmentManage key stakeholder relationships across client, design and commercial teamsLead delivery through testing, commissioning and practical completionEnsure strong governance, reporting and commercial performanceBuild and lead high performing teams, driving accountability and outcomesAbout You Degree qualified in engineering, construction or related disciplineProven experience delivering data centre or mission critical projectsStrong understanding of MEP intensive environments and building services integrationExperience managing complex, multi package projects at scaleCommercially astute, with strong cost, risk and contract management capabilityConfident leader with the ability to drive performance across large teamsWhy CPB Contractors?
