Job DescriptionReporting to the Parts Supervisor, the Parts Interpreter will join out Bunbry branch on a full-time basis and is accountable for receiving customer orders for Caterpillar parts and general enquiries via phone, email and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processing for continued customer loyalty. This role has a robust focus on customer service, as such we are looking for someone who has a positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail and quality and compliance skills.Roster: Mon-Fri 7.00-17.30 and every second Saturday 7.00-12.00Location: Bunbury, WA - Residential positionWhat you’ll do:Source and maintain CAT merchandise for internal accounts and customersInterpret customer part requirements on a wide range of parts for trucks, machinery, construction and mining equipmentSource and expedite parts locally and internationally, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment from order through to deliveryManage customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, and emails with a strong focus on delivering a high-quality customer experienceSupport internal departments including the Workshop, Field Service teams and Account ManagersEscalate issues appropriately and ensure consistent communication to prevent delays or errorsMaintain a proactive, dependable approach, demonstrating robust organisational skills and the ability to work under pressureSkills and Experience:Previous experience in parts interpretation or store roles within the automotive or machinery industry highly advantageousExcellent customer service skills with the ability to confidently manage face-to-face, phone, and email interactionsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail,
