With a passion for beauty and building client relationships, you’ll help customers feel confident, radiant, and empowered.About the role:Deliver exceptional, personalised beauty consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragranceBuild strong client relationships through expert advice, follow-up, and ongoing skincare supportAchieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall counter successMaintain deep product knowledge and stay up to date with new launches and brand educationProvide tailored skincare recommendations based on client concerns and needsEnsure the counter is clean, organised, and merchandised to reflect Lancôme’s luxury standardsAssist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracySupport in-store events, promotions, and brand activations to enhance customer engagementUphold Lancôme’s brand values of elegance, innovation, and empowerment in every interactionWork collaboratively with your team to maintain a professional, positive,
