An experienced Aged Care provider operating a number of residential aged care facilities, across the Central Coast and Newcastle, four positions available. With a strong commitment to providing high-quality care that can make a real difference to the lives of their patients.

A Little About the Positions

- Full-time role working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- Deliver onsite clinical pharmacy services including medication reviews
- Provide education and training to staff
- Be involved in clinical governance and contributing to policy and procedures

About You

- A Bachelor of Pharmacy and current registration with AHPRA
- (MMR) and Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) credentialling
- Excellent communication skills, able to develop and maintain relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Proactive, driven and passionate about making an impact in the aged care sector
- Accredited to vaccinate essential
