Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Oversight and coordination of Medilaw’s accounts and future accounts.
- Manage and nurture client relationships incorporating contract management; contract renewal, customer retention and business growth.
- Overall responsibility for developing strategy and managing relationships with assigned customers including contract management and key internal and external stakeholder liaison.
- Manage client concerns or complaints ensuring a consistent approach to resolutions and outcomes.
- Ensure that operational delivery matches contracted requirements.
- Lead a national strategy to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
