$40+ PER HOUR | AM & PM SHIFTS | MULTIPLE SYDNEY LOCATIONS

We are currently seeking experienced MIG and TIG Welders / Fabricators to join our team across multiple sites.

Available Positions:

- Penrith - TIG Welders
- Wetherill Park - MIG Welders
- Eastern Creek - MIG Welders

⏰ Shifts Available:

- AM Shifts
- PM Shifts

Pay Rate: From $40 per hour

What We're Looking For

We are seeking skilled welders and fabricators with proven experience working with stainless steel, structural steel and Austral Steel products.

Candidates must be confident discussing their previous work history and able to verbally explain the types of products and materials they have welded and fabricated.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabrication and welding of stainless steel and structural steel components.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and workshop plans.
- Performing MIG, TIG and ARC welding.
- Measuring, cutting, grinding and preparing materials.
- Working with various steel thicknesses and profiles.
- Producing high-quality welds to required specifications.
- Maintaining a clean, protected and organised work environment.
- Working independently and as part of a team.





Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in stainless steel welding and fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication.
- Proven MIG and/or TIG welding experience.
- Experience working with Austral Steel products.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of welding procedures and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to meet production deadlines and targets.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Must have no lifting restrictions and be physically capable of performing the role.
- Must be able to confidently explain previous welding experience and products worked on.
