Program Manager - Pricing Platform Implementation

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation of a new pricing platform within a large enterprise B2B environment.

The organisation is replacing spreadsheet-based pricing processes with a contemporary platform that will improve pricing operations and integrate with invoicing, reporting and downstream business systems. With the design phase complete, the focus is now on driving implementation and delivering business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new pricing platform

✅ Own the overall program plan, budget, financials and governance

✅ Manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery timelines

✅ Coordinate business, technology and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery

✅ Hold external vendors accountable for commitments, outcomes and delivery quality

✅ Drive decision-making and maintain program momentum

✅ Prepare executive, steering committee and stakeholder reporting





✅ Partner closely with an IT Delivery Lead managing the technical workstream

About You

Proven Program Manager experience delivering enterprise platform implementations

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills

Experience managing vendors, budgets, governance and executive reporting

Able to influence, challenge constructively and manage escalations effectively

Strong delivery focus with the ability to operate in complex environments

Experience with pricing, billing, commercial platforms or similar business systems is highly regarded
