About the role

Join our close-knit kitchen team at Paradise Point 4216. You'll prepare and cook a busy Asian menu while maintaining consistent food quality and standards. This is a casual/temporary position.

What you'll do

- Assist the chef with food preparation and cooking in the wok area
- Help with daily preparation, keep the kitchen organised, and make sure ingredients and supplies are well stocked
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards at all times
- Work closely with the team to keep service smooth and effective, even on the busiest nights

About you
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential. We are happy to train the right person
- A basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Available to work approximately 20-30 hours per week
- Flexible to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- The correct visa to work in Australia
