About The Company

Mayvurn Arc has partnered with a venture-funded technology company using artificial intelligence to transform a large, traditional industry. The company has raised significant funding, serves major enterprise customers, and is expanding a high-performing engineering team to build technology for complex, real-world workflows. Its work focuses on applying AI to operational challenges where accuracy, speed, and dependable execution matter.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing organization developing and deploying systems designed to make essential processes more effective.

About The Role The company is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy production-ready AI systems that improve operational speed, accuracy, and customer experience. You will work across the development lifecycle, from understanding a process and identifying opportunities for automation to implementing, launching, and refining a solution in production. This is a hands-on position for an engineer who values practical outcomes and is motivated to move ideas into working products.

You will collaborate closely with domain experts, users, and company founders to understand how work is performed and where AI can provide meaningful support. The role calls for sound engineering judgment, a strong product perspective, and comfort making progress in a fast-paced setting where requirements may evolve. You will help turn complicated workflows into useful, reliable AI-enabled systems while contributing to the engineering practices and culture of a growing team.

Qualifications

- At least two years of experience in AI/ML engineering,

machine learning research, or a related technical field.
- A demonstrated record of taking AI or machine learning projects from initial concept through implementation and production deployment.
- Practical understanding of the challenges involved in building and operating machine learning solutions in real-world environments.
- Strong product instincts and a bias toward delivering useful, well-considered solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with non-technical users and subject-matter experts.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup setting, adapting to changing needs and priorities.
- Interest in contributing to a high-performance environment and helping a technical team grow.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, test, and deploy AI and machine learning systems that support better accuracy, faster execution, and improved decision-making.
- Analyze complex operational processes and translate them into practical, AI-driven workflows.
- Move machine learning solutions into production and support their effective operation at scale.
- Partner with domain experts and users to understand needs, gather feedback, and shape solutions around real workflows.

- Work with founders and engineering teammates to prioritize opportunities, deliver improvements, and address implementation challenges.
- Evaluate system performance and refine solutions as operational requirements and user needs develop.
- Contribute to engineering standards, collaboration practices, and team culture as the organization scales.

Benefits This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful AI applications serving a traditional industry and major enterprise customers. You will have hands-on ownership across the AI delivery lifecycle, close collaboration with decision-makers and domain experts, and the ability to see how your work affects real operational workflows. The company’s venture funding and growth plans provide the context for building alongside a scaling engineering team. The position may suit someone who values responsibility, practical problem-solving, and the pace of a high-growth technology environment. Specific compensation, benefits, and work arrangements can be discussed during the hiring process.
