Lamson Concepts is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager based in Queensland to grow our healthcare automation business across QLD, NT and WA.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on recent business generation, strategic account development, and converting opportunities into profitable outcomes. You'll engage with hospital executives, pharmacy leaders, procurement teams and healthcare stakeholders to identify opportunities, build strong pipelines, and deliver innovative automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and build a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Prospect, qualify and convert opportunities across public and private healthcare sectors.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies across QLD, NT and WA.
- Manage long sales cycles, tenders, commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, CRM management and pipeline reporting.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.




- Drive revenue growth while achieving margin, order intake and activity targets.

About You
- Proven track record in hunter-style business development and new business acquisition.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, qualify and close complex opportunities.
- Experience managing large pipelines and delivering against growth targets.
- Skilled in strategic account planning, stakeholder engagement and negotiations.
- Background in healthcare, medical technology, automation, capital equipment or solution sales highly regarded.
- Self-motivated, resilient and driven by achieving results.
