We're hiring: Client Service Officer – Manly

Our team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Client Service Officer to join us in our Manly office.

If you've worked in admin or client services at a wealth management or financial planning firm, or at a wrap/platform provider, I'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

- Processing transactions and recent accounts on Netwealth, HUB24 and other wraps
- Managing client applications, KYC and record updates
- Preparing fee consents and ongoing fee renewals
- Supporting advisers with review prep and follow-ups
- Being a friendly first point of contact for our clients

What we're looking for

✔ Admin or CSA experience in wealth or with a platform provider (essential)





✔ Hands-on Netwealth and/or HUB24 experience (highly regarded)

✔ Fin365 experience a bonus, but not essential

✔ Strong attention to detail and a genuine client-first attitude
