Which best describes you?

- Experienced Sales Associate: Confidently support a Lead Agent's first-degree stock, including prospecting, buyer management, appraisals and sales campaigns.
- Co-Agent: Capable of independently managing all aspects of the sales process, from appraisal and listing through to negotiation and settlement.

About the Role We're seeking an experienced and ambitious real estate sales professional to join Denis Nazjar's established team. This is more than a traditional support role. You'll have the opportunity to build client relationships, generate new business and work towards securing your own listings, with direct mentorship from Denis.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend listing appointments, appraisals and client meetings, with opportunities to develop your own listing capabilities.
- Generate new business, prospect, nurture leads and build your own client database.
- Conduct open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments while developing strong client relationships.
- Facilitate property marketing, photoshoots, campaign launches and auction preparation.
- Maintain CRM records, manage follow-ups and deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.
- Strengthen your market knowledge, develop your personal brand and work towards securing and managing your own listings.

Skills & Experience We're looking for someone with proven experience in residential real estate sales. Whether you're an experienced Sales Associate or an established Co-Agent,



you'll be confident in your abilities and motivated to take the next step. To Be Successful, You'll Bring

- Previous experience as a Sales Associate or Co-Agent within residential real estate
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
- A genuine ambition to grow your career and develop your own sales business.
- Adaptable availability to work a six-day roster, including Saturdays and additional hours to align with business needs
- Current Queensland Real Estate Sales Registration Certificate.
- Current Drivers' License and reliable vehicle
