About The Role

Destinee Travel is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to assist customers with planning and booking travel. This opportunity may suit someone who enjoys organizing details, learning about destinations, and helping people create trips that match their needs and budgets. Previous travel industry experience is not required, as training is provided.

The role offers flexible scheduling and may be pursued on a full-time or part time basis. Team members should be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and communicating professionally with clients and travel providers. A computer and/or cell phone is required to complete booking-related tasks and communicate with customers. Compensation is paid biweekly or twice a month; specific compensation details should be discussed during the application process.

Qualifications

Applicants should bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong interest in helping travelers. No prior travel experience is necessary, and full training is provided. Successful candidates are organized, attentive to detail, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple requests and deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication skills are important when discussing preferences, explaining travel options, and sharing booking information.

Candidates must have access to a computer and/or cell phone and be able to work with minimal supervision. The ability to follow instructions, handle customer information responsibly,

Responsibilities In this role, you will work with customers to understand their travel goals, preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will help arrange travel for individuals, businesses, sports teams, weddings, family vacations, honeymoons, and other occasions.

Responsibilities may include researching and presenting suitable options; coordinating tour packages, excursions, and day trips; and booking flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, theme park visits, special events, and other travel services.

You will communicate relevant itinerary and reservation details and provide clients with appropriate travel documentation, which may include authorization forms, flight information, tickets, and confirmations. You will also assist with changes by exploring alternative booking arrangements when schedules, availability, or other circumstances shift before or during a trip. Throughout the planning process, you will aim to provide responsive, courteous service and help clients understand their available choices.
