About the role

We are seeking Customer Service Team Member – Service Station & Café to join our team on a casual basis. This position is located in Paget, QLD 4740 and offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our service station and café operations.

This position is integral to maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all our customers.

Key responsibilities

- Serve customers and process POS/register transactions

- Make coffee and maintain hot and cold displays

- Clean customer, café and service-station areas

- Follow recipes, planograms, portion standards and OHS procedures

- Support food preparation and day-to-day site operations

About you

- Customer service experience preferred

- Available for the advertised evening, weekend and public-holiday roster

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team workplace

- Reliable, trustworthy and able to follow procedures

- Appropriate Australian work rights and police check required
