About the Role The Development Manager will help progress Sunny Corner through mid-stage development, working alongside the Senior Development Manager to move the project from site investigation towards planning approval and grid connection.

Key Responsibilities

Project Development

- Support delivery of Sunny Corner through early to mid-stage development.
- Manage project schedules, budgets and risk registers.
- Prepare reports, board papers and decision briefings.

Landowner and Community Engagement

- Build and maintain relationships with host and neighbouring landowners.
- Coordinate land agreements and payments.
- Support community consultation and stakeholder communications.

Approvals and Environment

- Coordinate environmental, heritage,



noise, visual and traffic studies.
- Support EIS and planning submissions.
- Track approval conditions and regulatory requirements.

Technical and Grid

- Support resource monitoring and energy yield assessments.
- Assist with grid connection applications and engagement with network service providers and AEMO.
- Liaise with technical consultants on layout optimisation and design.

Commercial

- Manage consultant procurement, scopes of work and invoicing.
- Contribute to project financial models and viability assessments.

Skills and Experience

Essential

- 5+ years experience in renewable energy project development.
- Development experience on NSW wind, BESS or solar projects.
- Working knowledge of NSW planning and approvals processes.
- Experience engaging with landowners, communities and consultants.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Current drivers licence and willingness to travel.

Desirable

- Experience with grid connection processes in the NEM.
- Familiarity with wind resource monitoring and energy yield assessments.
- Understanding of project financial modelling.
- Experience with GIS or layout design tools.
