Norton Gold Fields is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the day-to-day electrical maintenance activities at our Paddington Mill Operation.

Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent, you will oversee electrical tradespeople, leading hands and apprentices, ensuring maintenance is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is an opportunity to bring your technical expertise and leadership skills to a role with direct influence on plant availability and team performance.

About The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading, supporting and developing the electrical maintenance team, including supervising apprentices.
- Working closely with the Electrical Planner to coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs and breakdown coverage.
- Managing resources and priorities to deliver work within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Acting as the appointed site Electrical Supervisor and fulfilling the duties of a Statutory Supervisor.
- Ensuring electrical work complies with applicable legislation, standards and site procedures.
- Conducting inspections, leading pre-start and planning meetings, and promoting safe work practices.
- Collaborating with operations, maintenance teams and contractors to support plant reliability.
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement across electrical maintenance activities.

About You You are a capable electrical leader who sets clear expectations, builds strong working relationships and leads by example. You bring a practical approach to maintenance, a strong commitment to safety and the ability to motivate your team. To be successful, you will have:





- A relevant electrical trade qualification and an unrestricted Western Australian Electrical Licence.
- A current, unencumbered WA C Class Driver’s Licence.
- Relevant Statutory Supervisor qualifications, which must be maintained throughout employment.
- A minimum of 10 years’ post-apprenticeship electrical experience.
- At least five years’ mine-site fixed plant electrical experience.
- At least five years’ experience in a similar supervisory role.

- A thorough understanding of applicable electrical legislation and standards.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Pronto or a similar maintenance system, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
