About The Role

Bluestone Administrative Services is seeking a motivated and innovative Front-End Developer to join its technology team. In this role, you will help design, build and maintain modern web applications that support the company’s digital products and customer experiences. You will work predominantly across front-end development, turning product and design requirements into responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

Working closely with product managers, designers and other developers, you will contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and implementing features to testing, reviewing and refining solutions. This opportunity suits a developer who takes pride in high-quality work, enjoys collaborating across disciplines and is keen to contribute ideas in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment.

Qualifications

- At least three years of experience in front-end software development or web development.




- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and React, with experience using Node.js. Familiarity with C# is desirable.
- Experience translating Figma designs into responsive, accessible and user-friendly interfaces.
- A sound understanding of user experience principles and front-end testing and quality assurance practices.
- Experience working within an Agile development environment and contributing to iterative delivery.
- Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills, with careful attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical colleagues.
- The ability to build productive working relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A customer-focused approach, an interest in emerging technologies and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain modern web applications and front-end components.
- Work with product managers, designers and developers to understand requirements and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
- Translate design specifications into polished interfaces that provide consistent experiences across devices and screen sizes.
- Test features, review code, debug issues and support timely resolution of defects.
- Ensure front-end implementations align with design intent,



user experience standards and relevant quality expectations.
- Contribute to discussions about development approaches, technical improvements and product enhancements.
- Support the continuous improvement of engineering practices, processes and technology solutions.
- Keep informed about relevant tools, technologies and industry trends, sharing useful insights with the team.
- Communicate progress, technical considerations and potential issues clearly to colleagues and stakeholders.
