About the Role

- Assist with food prep, plating, and meal service in a commercial kitchen.
- Support dietary needs, including texture modified and allergen aware meals.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen and dining cleanliness.
- Set up and reset dining rooms and equipment for each service.
- Follow food safety and WHS procedures.
- Work as part of a supportive, fast moving team.

This role is a physical & fast paced with a lot of variety, you will do a lot of bending, squatting, lifting and pushing items to carry out your daily tasks safely. It is important you can perform these tasks without risk of injury to yourself, your colleagues and our residents.

About You

- Hospitality or commercial kitchen/Servery experience (or a strong interest in developing these skills).
- Strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail skills.
- Reliable,



adaptable team players who thrive in a busy kitchen environment and have the availability to support a variety of shifts.
