We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for sales and wants to develop their skills within a growing industry and business.

For the right person, this role offers a fast pathway towards an external Sales Representative position, with the opportunity to further develop customer relationships, manage accounts and grow sales across an allocated territory.

About the Role

Internal Sales Representative (Industrial/Commercial Sales) is working closely with our sales team, you will play an key role in supporting customers, preparing quotations and identifying new sales opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer enquiries.
- Preparing quotations and following up on outstanding quotations.
- Identifying opportunities to generate additional sales.




- Learning the technical aspects of our products and solutions to build your product knowledge.

About You

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in internal sales, costing and preparing quotations.
- Strong communication, telephone and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to following up quotations and converting opportunities into sales.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Competent computer skills using computer programs such as Word, Outlook and Excel basics
- The ability to work independently but also in a team.
- A willingness to learn about the solutions G.O. shelving can provide to our customers
