South West Healthcare's Portland Community Mental Health Service is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Clinician to support adults 26-65 with recovery-focused care. You will join a multidisciplinary team and provide person-centred, trauma-informed mental health care across the Portland region.

You will build therapeutic relationships, conduct assessments, manage a clinical caseload, and collaborate with community services.
