Legal Secretary | Motor Vehicle Accident Claims

Parramatta, Sydney NSW (Hybrid) | Full time, part time considered (minimum 4 days) | $90,000 to $115,000 + bonus

About Our Client

Our client is a plaintiff personal injury firm in Western Sydney acting in workers compensation, work injury damages, motor vehicle accident, public liability and TPD claims on a No Win No Fee basis. The firm is paperless and tech driven, and this is a recent role created as the team grows.

The Role

You will support a senior lawyer running a motor vehicle accident claims practice. Duties include:

- Drafting legal precedent documents and lodging applications
- Requesting medical records and following up doctors, specialists and treatment providers
- Organising independent medical examinations and specialist appointments




- Keeping clients informed throughout their claim
- Following up insurers and other parties to keep matters moving
- Preparing and maintaining briefs for hearings and conferences
- Managing your lawyer's diary, including Commission and Court dates

- Well organised, calm under deadlines and able to multitask
- Clear, empathetic communicator who can reassure clients through difficult times
