Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Marrickville, NSW. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing activities, including coordinating campaigns, assisting with content creation, and managing timelines across channels. The position involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining brand consistency in all communications.

The Marketing

Coordinator will also help plan and execute in-store and brand events,



support sales and promotional initiatives, and monitor marketing performance to inform future activity.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Experience in Sales support and customer-focused marketing to drive engagement and conversions.
- Event Planning and Project Management abilities to coordinate brand events and deliver campaigns on time.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
