Your New Day-to-Day

You won’t just be managing; you’ll be driving a high-performing sales culture from the front. Your days will be dynamic, strategic, and deeply collaborative:

- Ignite Team Performance: Relentlessly coach, mentor, and build capability across your team of Territory Account Managers. You'll drive accountability and turn data into winning sales plans.
- Execute with Excellence: Partner with your team to master call cycles, supercharge CRM utilization, and deliver flawless execution at retail.
- Own the Visual Experience: Work side-by-side with our Visual Merchandising team to launch integrated brand concepts and show-stopping store-in-store opportunities.
- Strategise & Collaborate:



Sit on the sales leadership team to shape national strategy. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure we deliver on our brand promise.
- Hunt for Growth: Spot market trends, outmanoeuvre competitor activity, and unlock new customer and channel opportunities aligned with our premium brand positioning.

What you’ll bring to the table:

- Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading wholesale sales teams, ideally across apparel, footwear, accessories, outdoor, or lifestyle brands.
- The Coaching Mindset: A track record of motivating, developing, and uniting remote teams to smash commercial targets.
- Commercial & Analytical Savvy: You love digging into sales analytics, CRM tools, and market intelligence to spot the next big growth opportunity.
- Visual Flair: A genuine passion for retail communication, brand presence, and visual merchandising.
- The Perfect Vibe: You are energetic, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment. Bonus points if you have a personal passion for people, nature, travel, and exploration!
