Australian Mind Body Balance (AMBB) is an established and growing allied health clinic located in beautiful Ocean Grove on Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula.

As we continue to expand our physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates and rehabilitation services, we’re looking to welcome an additional Physiotherapist to our experienced multidisciplinary team.

We’re particularly interested in someone with a passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy, clinical rehabilitation and exercise-based treatment.

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to combine traditional physiotherapy consultations with active rehabilitation and exercise-based treatment, while contributing to the continued development of our rehabilitation services.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assessing, diagnosing and managing a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Developing individualised, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation programs.

Providing hands-on physiotherapy alongside exercise prescription, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention strategies.

Delivering Clinical Pilates and small-group rehabilitation sessions.

Supporting patients through post-operative rehabilitation, sporting injuries, persistent pain and functional recovery.

Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated,



patient-centred care.

Building strong patient relationships with a focus on long-term health outcomes.

An Experienced Team Around You

You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative clinical environment, working alongside our Senior Physiotherapist, Senior Osteopaths, Myotherapists, Podiatrists, Remedial Massage Therapists and Clinical Pilates Instructors.

Our multidisciplinary approach encourages shared clinical knowledge, career development and team-oriented patient management.

About You

We’re looking for a Physiotherapist who:

Holds a recognised Physiotherapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.

Has experience or a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and clinical rehabilitation.

Is confident in clinical assessment, exercise prescription and patient management.

Has experience in Clinical Pilates or an interest in developing these skills.

Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient-centred care.

Is motivated, professional and passionate about helping people achieve their health and movement goals.
