Role Description The Planning Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at our Moorabool, VIC facility. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules across bottling, canning, kegging, and related operations to meet customer demand and internal capacity plans.

The Planning

Coordinator will coordinate with production, logistics, procurement, and quality teams to ensure materials, resources, and timelines are aligned, and to proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or constraints. Daily activities include updating planning systems,



monitoring orders and forecasts, preparing reports on production performance, and communicating changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying planning efficiencies, maintaining accurate data, and contributing to process and workflow optimisation.

Qualifications

- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and coordination within manufacturing, FMCG, or a related environment.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, ERP or MRP systems, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across operations, logistics, procurement, and quality teams.
- Solid organisational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail, prioritisation, and problem-solving under time constraints.
- Understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and basic lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in supply chain, logistics, business, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in beverage, food, or other regulated manufacturing environments, including familiarity with quality and compliance standards, is highly regarded.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced production environment and using planning or scheduling software tools.
