Program is designed for young adults (ages 18–24) who are eager for adventure, community and personal growth.

Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking young leaders (ages 18–24) who:

- Are passionate about adventure and community
- Desire to grow in their relationship with God
- Show maturity and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Feel called to make a difference in a Christian camping context
- Who hold, or are willing to get, a Working with Children’s Check

What You'll Experience This Two-year, Live-in Program Offers a Unique Blend Of Professional Development, Character Formation, And Spiritual Growth.

As An

Intern, You’ll

- Live on-site in a supportive Christian community
- Rotate through key departments such as Outdoor Education, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and more
- Participate in ministry opportunities, youth events, and discipleship camps




- Engage in accredited study pathways including a Diploma of Christian Studies (in partnership with the Australian College of Ministries) and the option to pursue a
- Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership
- Take part in landmark experiences like wilderness treks and retreats

Location The Tops Conference Centre is set on 200 acres of prime bushland in Stanwell Tops.
