We are seeking experienced Administration Officers for full-time opportunities at both locations.

About the role

Working closely with our administration leaders and clinical teams, you will help keep the centre running smoothly and ensure patients feel welcomed, informed and supported.

The role offers variety across reception, admissions, patient records, bookings and routine billing administration. It requires someone who is organised, confident managing competing priorities and attentive to the details that make a difference to patients and colleagues.

About you

You bring at least 2–3 years’ administration experience in a private hospital or comparable procedural healthcare setting, ideally within a day hospital, endoscopy or surgical service.

Just as importantly, you have a warm,



approachable manner and take pride in providing excellent service. You remain calm when things get busy, communicate clearly and work well with patients, practitioners and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who combines:

- Strong organisation, accuracy and reliable follow-through.

- Confidence using patient management systems and Microsoft Office.

- A practical, adaptable approach and willingness to support the team.

- Professionalism, discretion and respect for patient confidentiality.

Experience with FYDO, procedure bookings, health fund checks or hospital billing will be highly regarded.
